We are seeking a trainable and proactive Bilingual Customer Success Specialist (Entry Level) to join our expanding financial services team.
Responsibilities:
Support and guide clients through solutions based on their needs.
Build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Help onboard new clients and explain product benefits.
Participate in virtual training and development sessions.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Spanish and English (conversational English is fine).
No experience required – we provide training.
Good communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with financial services is a plus, not a must.
Pay: $23,000 – $55,000 per year
Hours: Flexible (15–26 hours/week)
